I know the contract has been on the table to him since the middle of last week. I know that Brighton approached him the week beforehand.

I have no problem with him wanting to progress his career, but the shame is he seems keen on anything PL but Ipswich and is in the runnning for all vacant roles? As others have said if Frank went to Utd or Chelsea, I expect KM would be favourite for that role as well.
By all means go to a "super club" like United or Chelsea (not focusing on how they are run currently) but Brighton seems a needless move and poor from KM. Must mean he really feels we flaked promotion and have no chance of competing this year and therefore his reputation will take a massive hit. |
