I thought it was rank when I got the email earlier personally, and certainly not £2K rank, and I'm quite into watches.
No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Is it £2k nice though?

Hmm... I think even the rightly derided Ipsticks candle range is more a part of Town's celebrated history, to be honest.
So this is the "Reve Ipswich Edition". In order to see what kind of mark-up the Ipswich badge was causing, I thought I'd look around the website to see all the other editions, or the standard "Reve". Unless I've suddenly developed an inability to navigate a website, it doesn't seem like there are any. Very odd.
It may be well made (or not), but I think making something look like club merch doesn't scream "high end" to me. Most punters would probably think it's a ridiculous sum for a watch made by a brand which is hardly Rolex, and most watch obsessives would probably think it looks a bit naff.
Not for me, Jeff.

"Welcome to Rêve, where the art of horology is intertwined with the essence of individuality and the pursuit of dreams. As a prestigious subsidiary of the legendary Tismo Genève—an icon of ultra-luxury watchmaking—Rêve is devoted to crafting timepieces that embody exclusivity, extraordinary craftsmanship, and timeless elegance, all while remaining within reach."
I checked out our new club partner's main website last month and it was similarly short on watches: two IIRC, one which they presented to Al Pacino and the other to the Pope. They look to be targeting exclusive and bespoke markets but it struck me as weird at the time, couldn't even find prices (if you need to know, you can't afford them probably!).

If it's "a part of Ipswich Town’s celebrated history" will we have another star on the shirt to commemorate it?

I cannot comment on the brands quality but all luxury item marketing appears to be based on limited editions to sustain high pricing.
Loads of people have huge interest in luxury watches so no doubt it will sell. Personally since moving to a smart watch several years ago I'd be lost without one. I assume this watch doesn't light up and sing chants when we score?
Side note: design wise, spearing a Punch onto the end of the second hand doesn't look great to me. However could someone please buy one and let's us know how it is in reality?
P.S. no.s 1-10 are reserved I believe, going to the first team squad?
