I would imagine Mullet is fully aware of that. Benig 20-30 min from norwich and about 1 h from Ipswich, it has a fair split between Ipswich and Norwich fans. As Mullet stated many of his family are nodge fans but he thinks Manning himself is a Town fan. The most relevant factor is that Bristol is much further from his wider family than norwich is. |
To be fair the last time I spoke to him he was about 17/18 and I was pissed off my face in a pub, as we have mutual friends (and family now) but I think he was then off to Scandanavia for a bit. |  |

Just been having a lunchtime perusal of the OinkUn (well my fingers smell from gardening, so why the hell not) and they don't seem very keen on Manning. They must be mad. Their football is pretty functional at best, a month before they finished top six a lot of my Bristol City fan mates were saying they were bored watching them this season. I do think it was odd they didn't invest in another goalscorer in January though, as they were within range of the top six and it already looked then like there would be a series of inconsistent teams like Boro and Blackburn going for the two remaining spaces after Leeds, Burnley, Sheffield United and Sunderland. |  |

I’m not sure about that. Can’t remember that being the case at school but it was a long time ago. Some of his family are budgies as they’re from Bungay, but he was in our academy for years so not sure when he’d have gone to many games. |
