Funny that you’d find this behaviour acceptable following your attempts to completely derail a discussion about the England Women’s team the other day!
Times have changed, you’ll catch up eventually.

It's clearly a joke to get a laugh however it is sexist. I'm guessing a 6 game ban is because of previous punishment he's had?
Just on a tangent, my 7 (at the time) year old son's teacher (a woman) was teaching/telling the kids about "man looking" which as you probably can tell, is about not looking properly when something is right in front of them......Is that sexist?

Yes. And deliberately belittling.

What's the context? Was he asked about female refs?
In isolation it's just a childish dated joke, but it feels like there's a bit more going on here. Why bother raising the subject of female refs if you're just going to poke fun at them?

"The manager's stint has not been without its share of controversies. In 2023, he faced sanctions from the FA for "[acting] in an improper and/or threatening manner and/or used abusive and/or insulting words towards match officials," resulting in a touchline suspension."
"During an appearance on the Undr the Cosh podcast in the same year, according to The Athletic, he expressed his frustration with the FA, stating: "The FA are transitioning from traffic wardens to a Gestapo or something. Everything's about suspensions, bans and fines."
"His fiery temper was on display again following a match against St Albans City in 2024. Venting his satisfaction after the game, he exclaimed: "First of all, I f***ing loved giving it to them St Albans fans singing all their f***ing sexually offensive songs like a bunch of d******ds." I love f***ing beating people like that and then giving it back. So, to all them boys, they can go and cry tonight around their mummy's house. Good f***ing luck, lads. You got beat, unlucky."
Also, like many a bit of a social media whore, guess he has been warned plenty and the FA decided that was the moment to act.

Ah, good old persistent fouling.
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
I'll happily agree with you if you can explain the "joke" in this statement that does not involve invoking memories of Bernard Manning and Jim Davidson etc, although in fairness to them, at least you knew what kind of comments to expect from them, this bloke is a football manager in the 21st centuryy
"More women refs now, so you have to pay a bit more respect, do you know what I mean? You have to pay a bit more respect, like help them park."
I imagine it is found funny by some, but unfortunately that says more about those entertained by it. It's about context, he was asked about the rise of women referee's in the game and chose to undermine them, subtley, but still undermined.
I await the "I bet you're fun at parties" or "it was just a bit of banter" kind of responses, but I have two daughters and two granddaughters, and certainly my daughters face this kind of shi-ite daily through their lives, and I was hoping that my granddaughters would face less of it, but it actually seems to be getting worse.
It starts with this type of casual "banter" but it is misogyny, which then encourages deeper and darker undertones of sexism towards women.
I agree a six game ban is harsh, until you realise the history and the amount of times he has been pulled up by the FA - but he doesn't care, he's rich and is treating the club like a personal toy and seems to take delight in headline seeking and causing offence.
Feel free to disagree with me.

Yes. And deliberately belittling.
It's acually a fact that men generally have more difficulty seeing things right in front of them than women do, but we are also better at seeing things at distance. It's evolutionary and stems from hunter/gatherer times, when the men would be the hunters and would need to see prey at a distance. So it's actually not offensive or belittling to teach it - it's scientific fact.
Trust the process. Trust Phil.

You can wish death to the right kind of people at a popular music festival, but can’t joke anymore.
Take me back to the 1970’s Carry On Films and the like.
The World has gone nuts.
Given that Bob Vylan are likely to face some pretty serious repercussions and this chap has also been given a ban, it would seem like you can't make a sexist joke or wish death to the IDF
And that's ok

I’m not sure that the Football Association have jurisdiction over what happens at a music festival.
The fact is, in isolation his comment about women drivers would have just led to a warning. But due to repeated offences he received a long ban. Think you of all people should be able to relate to that.
