Yeah, I’m not even slightly interested in them. I felt we had a rivalry of sorts with Sheff Utd when Colin was there, but that was over a longer time and we were both aiming for a larger prize. Tin pot L1 rivalries aren’t of any interest to me (see also Cambridge). |  |

You have to admire Sheepshanks' restraint. He's been with the FA for 15 years, during which time we've seen a steady decline as a club, relegation to L1 and mugged by countless refereeing decisions.
Despite his influence and bias to Ipswich, he's kept his powder dry thus far, until yesterday when deciding that changing a referee for our game was the point at which he just had to flex his muscle, he couldn't bite his tongue any longer. |  |
