Many pundits have us down already, so a win is probably just delaying the inevitable (according to them).
I would rather frame it as a "must not lose". Much less pressure on the manager, players and fans.
I know it's still only November, but lose tomorrow and I do fear for our survival this season.

No, and I still trust us to have a much stronger second half of the season, but the longer we leave it the more of a "thing" it's going to become – so it would be massive to get that monkey off the back and take pressure off the Spurs/Man U games. | |

To my mind it marks the halfway point in our kinder run of fixtures, then the brief intermission of Spurs away and arguably Man Utd home, followed by another crucial run of four:
Forest A
Palace H
Bournemouth H
Wolves A
After those four, we'll have played all the lesser sides once. To survive we'll surely need to take points off the better teams too, but in all likelihood we won't take as many. Following Wolves we play:
Newcastle H
Arsenal A
Chelsea H
Fulham A
Brighton H
Man City H
Liverpool A
Southampton H
Aston Villa A
Tottenham H
Man Utd A
That's an incredibly tough run on paper in a very unforgiving league in reality. On current form the case could be made that Forest A presents a sterner test than Newcastle H, but at the very least we will soon be beginning a run of 11 fixtures featuring 9 of the best squads in the league, arguably the best 10 and Southampton. At the very minimum I think we need 3 wins before we embark on that run, from the next 7 games, which is no doubt asking a lot. | | | |

That would entail us still being in the fight with two games to go, which isn't so bad a prospect IMO. I recognise of course that we play everyone twice irrespective of sequence, but I do think there's something to be said psychologically for keeping up with the pack, and I wouldn't fancy us chasing down a significant gap in the last quarter tbh, even if the final run comprised the league's weaker sides. | | | |

Psychologically, yes. Statistically, no. A point at Brentford and a win tomorrow would have been a great foundation heading into Spurs and United. A point tomorrow makes the complexion a bit different. | | | |

Think it would be a brilliant one to win. Winning would bring Leicester into the relegation picture, would get a monkey off our backs, might see us into the next international break outside the bottom three.
But, realistically, we aren't going to claim most of our points whilst we've got near enough 1/3 of the squad injured or semi-fit, so there's scope to improve from here even if we don't win tomorrow. The last team to stay up after a massive squad re-build in the Summer was Forest in 2022-23 and they only had 5 points after 10 games. |  |

There aren’t any must wins for me this year. KM and the boys have earnt a season of free hits imo. We know they’ll be working non-stop to find a way to stay in this league. If they do they do, if they don’t it won’t be from the lack of effort or decision making. |  |

Personally, if we are serious about staying up I’d say yes it is.
If we face needing 7 wins from the final 7 games to stay up (for example) then chances are we go down, so would be best to throw everything at picking up our first win vs LCFC, and if we don’t, we are in serious trouble. |  |
