Sport is about psychology. Create an environment to win. There's huge oversights. Imagine turning up to your workplace looking like this. If that's the care I they will put in to the standards the care and effort of players will be reflected.

100% agree Greyhound....and i find it a bit odd fans making a bit of a joke about this.
It's absolutely appalling for this to happen. Shows the lack of pride and respect in what we are doing and these things spread through a club, to its staff and players.
The whole mentality of the club with this takeover needs to change as much as the personal on and off pitch. We could have some better players come in than the current squad but there will still be a malaise and continued underperformance i feel unless this mentality changes.
