It's literally exactly the same thing that McCarthy did. Blaming fans for negativity and saying how difficult it is for the young kids to play in that atmosphere. Saying we were booing the young players at the end of the game when it was only when he came over. Creating a clear them vs us mentality, and im not sure why so many people are happy to overlook that and say he did such a good job. I wouldn't say that the current position between club and fans is as bad as it was then. Possibly because there's a lot more apathy around (which obviously is a very bad thing for the club). |

The thing is we as fans can no longer be a soft touch anymore. When other clubs have this issue, fans leave no stone unturned to make their mark and will go to serious measures to attempt to force the issue.
I'm not saying we have to do a Celtic, but as a support base if Evans is not going to do what he needs to do, then we are going to have to think about a long and sustained boycott, not going back when the gates open and not paying for ifollow tickets.
If Lambert is still here for a few months we will probably be stuck in League One for a very big time to come. This season is pivotal in the history of our club. We cannot stand idly by and watch it plunge into the point of no return, we need to force Evan's hand by whatever means necessary.
Our club is in crisis, as a fanbase we need to work together to stop the ship sinking. |

Have to say, PL is falling into the trap MM did and creating a them versus us mentality. He’s blaming others for the misgivings he’s created though. This may be a bit controversial, but to me that's clearly an emotional outburst - and one of the main aspects coming through it all is that he's seriously p'd off with the fitness coach situation, ie. he's very p'd off with ME (because ME said he won't replace Henry who left the club, headed back to Scotland & is now allegedly going to "do"* the job from 400 miles away as a consultancy. *How can a "fitness coach" do that?!).
Having said all that, to come out with “Everything you say to me is negative,” he hit back. “I’d hate to be married to you! " is a new low, demonstrating how far he's lost it. |  |

Can't Evans see the harm this is doing to the club , PL is alienating supporters of the club that pay their money and care about the club .
It's a smokescreen to try to hide the mess he is making of things .
I'm seriously concerned that he is turning supporters away from the club , even in MM's last days , there was a split of opinions between supporters , but there is minimal support for PL .
