The biggest risk for me would be the amount of football he's already played this year – a full Championship season on top of all that isn't viable, we'd need another top option in there too. [Post edited 15 Jul 16:07]

He’s from Merida where it’s regularly 35-40C but he seems to have adapted fine to playing up in Toluca where the climate is rather more British. It’s 16-19C and raining all week there.
I think he’d be fine, the Mexican league certainly lacks intensity but it’s decent enough, a notch below the Championshio but he’s comfortably one of the best midfielders (and a good performer in a decent national side). |  | | |
