KM is no doubt a generational talent but we wouldn’t be where we are without MA driving the change acrosss the entire club during his time here.

I wouldn't be surprised if his lawyers manage to get him off on the charge but it is not a good look, and he should surely have been aware that the club would now be under much greater scrutiny having been promoted to the Premier League.

One of the reasons I didn't go to the parade was I couldn't stomach Ashton trying to make it all about him after his actions over the past few weeks. Anyone with a iota of awareness and/or shame would have thought the best thing to do would be lie low. But no, he has to put himself at the heart of everything positive but scurries into hiding at the first point of trouble, where leadership is required.
