If the goal is promotion ASAP then probably the simpler, more effective football the better.

On a related note, I enjoyed watching Rotherham play. They were simple and direct but also pretty good to watch.

I can't see it myself, regardless of what type of football we as fans may want to watch, and our owners may want us to play, I just don't think our current squad is remotely suited to the football he tends to specialise in.

Don’t see the problem with this myself , has experience of getting teams to playoffs & finals which is what our aim is now , was given a chance by a club with limited funds ( millwall ) I know he was one of there old boys ! , and also by a club ( Cardiff) with funds to spend more than likely what our budget is , people keep banging on about how defensively naive we are, Harris’s teams are usually solid defensively which is a base to start with , and it didn’t take him long to get this set in both teams, so what is there not to want I think because he’s not a big name people don’t look at him the same way as may be a lampard or a Terry who never really done much especially lampard and he was at 2 clubs spending loads of dosh
