....wide players in the squad.
A surfeit of left and right wingers, with a couple playing so wide that they are off the pitch.
They don't create any chances for others and just hog the ball until the play just fizzles out to nothing.
The rest of the team struggle to get involved for large periods of the game.
You need some width, but we really don't go through the middle enough and bring our team mates into the game.
Ultimately it's down to the manager I guess. |

To be honest I’m expecting the worst. I had a nasty injury earlier in the season and since then my opportunities in the team have been limited. Lack of match fitness has caught up with me and I don’t feel as though what I’ve been able to contribute has really made much difference. I tend to play centre midfield, trying to link left and right, but to often I get missed out completely.
Would love to go into coaching - I’m hoping something might come up in the youths, but I’m not hopeful. Rather expecting to have to drop down to SIL level. I’ll still follow because I think the forum has some exciting day ahead. We’ll need to keep a few of the old heads so was really pleased when Phil got Lucan to do a Mowbrey and got him out of retirement. Scored som crackers since he’s been back in the team - a real revelation for an old boy, and great to have in the dressing room. Always stops things gett8mg to serious. |  |

Well, I’ll admit, I’ve been doing just enough to get by, I know the management are expecting more, but I just can’t be bothered. |
Likewise I have so much more to offer if you will give me a chance. I know I haven't performed to my potential this season but surround me with something better and you will see me shine.
