Plymouth 23:19 - Oct 25 with 5177 views | BlueStreak | Why does it feel like they play EVERY game at home? No wonder their record this season has been so good!
Plymouth on 23:20 - Oct 25 with 4350 views | Fixed_It | I'm hoping the long away trips in the second half of the season will start to take their toll on them.

Plymouth on 23:23 - Oct 25 with 4325 views | Nthsuffolkblue | No idea why. They have played 8 at home and 8 away in the league. They are relentless with their form at the moment. All we can do is worry about ourselves. If we go up second to them, I will be very happy.

The key is automatic, Sheffield Wednesday don't look like they will relent I can see it being a bit like that season where us, Wigan and Sunderland were the 3 best in the Championship by a distance only for us to miss out at the end to Paul Jewell's Wigan and Mick McCarthy's Sunderland [Post edited 26 Oct 2022 10:33]

And they’ll no doubt be wearing their home kit. AND, players will go to their homes after the game. It’s getting ridiculous.

Plymouth on 06:09 - Oct 26 with 3729 views | Chrisd | Does it really matter? We are all going to be playing 23 matches at home and the same number away. Plymouth are a good side, especially at home and their record shows this. However, much some are expecting them to fall away, there’s little sign that’s going to happen currently and let’s not forget they were too good for us at Home Park too.

No I think you’ve missed my point. I know that they’ve played as many away games as home games but it just always seems they play at home whenever I’m checking the scores.

It's probably because they keep winning at home. Eight wins out of eight is magnificent and inevitably draws the eye to their home games.

I think you may be homing in on the truth, and that we shouldn't be dwelling on it, given that there's nothing we condo to address it. House that for a lot of crappy puns? I hope nobody resorts to digs.

Plymouth on 10:15 - Oct 26 with 2665 views | patrickswell | It’s probably because their away record has been equally good. They’d be even further ahead had they not conceded a stoppage time equaliser at Portsmouth or dropped 2 points from 2-0 up at Bristol Rovers.
Plymouth on 10:20 - Oct 26 with 2632 views | Kieran_Knows | They've got one of the smallest squads in the league, which consists of 5 loan players who could well be recalled in January. That's before you get in to injuries, suspensions etc. I will be amazed if they last the distance (they fell away last season as well). If they do last the distance, fair play, they deserve to go up as winners.

Yes but you could say the same about us and the offside goal at SW.

They get quite a few Lateish winners and last mn wins vs Sheff Wed and Derby so it happens both ways! They seem to have a knack of winning at the moment. Lets hope that goes soon....!

Theory - they play at home when we play away so on the days when you spend more time checking results as opposed to being at Portman Road they are at home. Theory 2 - they have played all the top teams at home, so when you check results of games that 'mean something' they are all at Home Park

Got to keep winning, the Peterborough train has started To build some momentum.. Sheffield Wednesday hot on our heels.. I think the fact McKenna is big on fitness will hopefully hold us in good stead in the second Half of the season. Destiny is in our own hands..

They did fall away but they still ended up with 79/80 points if I recall correctly.

Plymouth on 12:00 - Oct 26 with 2022 views | MattinLondon | Speaking about Plymouth - they seem to have a few loan players in and around their first team? Does anyone know whether these loans are season long or if their parent clubs have a recall option in January?
