It was covered wonderfully and factually by Muncher putting us in the picture regarding the Playford land searches and then even the final date by Greyhound.
Both humble men who get on with their business.
That's the difference between actual sources and the sort of gossip that gets posted all too often.
I don't know why some people are so desperate to be the breakers of news anyway. No one in their right mind is impressed or cares. Nor do I understand the weird jealousy shown towards anyone who might know a thing or two here and there. It must make them reluctant to speak up. |  |

That would be the answer - simply add the latest 'rumour' to the others, rather than starting a new thread.
Much as with a thread about our supposed interest in Clark Robertson, whereby another thread on that same subject was started an hour later. Do some not bother to check before starting a thread ?
Direct to Chris - perhaps you are not aware, there are those who post rumours simply to compete to see how far it will go
There are also media sources (Sun, Sky) who will print almost anything to generate clicks, with the former a virtual mouthpiece for certain football agents......in exchange for 'exclusives'

I think most of us know the reliability of sources on information and can make the judgment . The KOA podcast the other day from the journalists was so informative in terms of validity and reliability of information.
So most can look at the source and make a decision about the credibility, for example EADT, TWTD, Athletic etc are very close to the money but most twitter is not but does at least invite discussion
As always people can ingorne what they want |
People can also register frustration at the forum being clogged up with nonsense
