Chances are we'll be using the vacant domestic loan spot that we have post Broja collapse, so I guess unlikely signings can become more plausible. We still have to consider the wages though & hope the loaning club would be prepared to cover a sizeable part.
Darwen Nunez, for example, is reportedly on £140,000 a week at Liverpool; how much of that could we cover? Other prospective destinations could cover it all you would think, or sign him outright.
Evan Ferguson is on £30,000 a week, and is coming back from injury, into a team that has started well with a different front 3; maybe Brighton would consider a loan until January I suppose, with him getting regular minutes back up to full fitness? Still unlikely you would think. | |
