I don't think it's AI, I'd expect to see if screw up a little bit when it zooms in and out of his face.

There is some strangeness I felt when watching this video. The demeanour of the host is quite different from Coote's as well as the 'matey banter' between a 40 year old professional and a 20 something kid (obviously this isn't a hard and fast social rule, but you don't often see that kinda mateyness in play)
