Read that the bloke reporting this is rather reliable, do you know much about him?
Not sure about reliability but pretty huge reach/audience (not the same obvs) - lots of other Mexican football types weighing in and getting excited about this though, consensus seems to be that it’s a great move for everyone

Kin ell. Someone told me we were watching the Gold Cup closely, but it was assumed US players were the target. I watched the final back and my word, he was impressive. As someone else said, he had the better of Tyler Adams all night.
My only thought is that he, like Jack Taylor, feels more of a box to box 8 than someone suited to a double pivot. But I could be wrong?
Re the double pivot. I would say on reflection we were always intending to play with more of a Taylor number 8 in the Championship last time around (hence the buying of Taylor), but we were just so successful with what we were doing with Mass being less of a total possession team than in L1. This time we'll have the budget and players to play however McKenna wants. Whether that's a good or bad thing we'll find out!

Stick him next to Morsy, who will be the one to drop deeper and collect the ball, allowing him to push on and join the attack.

It’s having to comb the internet every day for news. Obviously triggers them. Let’s hope we aren’t linked with anyone in Turkey.
I love Istanbul. I am also bald, but departures at Istanbul airport is like an episode of MASH. For me enough to make me sure I will never go down the transplant route.

Some well respected journalists and YouTubers in Mexico confirming the deal is well underway and making significant progress.
The EADT have an unwritten agreement with MA and the club to not harm or scupper any potential deals that are being done...unless they are 90-95% down the line and formalities. Ruiz is a player that a lower Premiership club could easily pick up as a low cost punt.
I'm more inclined to trust the Mexican side of things in this case.

Am told watched and no more, no approach. Suspect an agent is overplaying that. Think it would be a big surprise if we looked at a player from that league to come into the Championship.

What am I to do with the 10,000 sombreros I’ve just bought?

Same guy here insisting that this is well underway and Toluca already looking for replacements.
Let's be honest the EADT have been known to have it wrong in the past. Correct me if I'm wrong but we're they not quite sure that game changer wasn't happening?

Why? He just bossed Adams for 90 minutes! These are the places we need to be shopping! No margs for me tonight then.
Guess it’d back to the Wycombe and Motherwell links then.

They didn't have a clue about Gamechanger. I got the information from an ex Derby County first team coach who runs a data analytics company and knows MA. Got a very dismissive email from them at the time. Phil was decent about it though. I believe the EADT purposely don't report deals until they are formalities, which isn't neccessarily a bad thing. They have a positive relationship with the club and it's in their interest to maintain it.
