'he says the new variant has come as a "surprise" as there hasn't been a mutation for many months now' - yes I was amazed too. Who would have thought that mutations would still occur after many months of not occuring.

Or they are presenting fake certificates, seen an uptake in amount of fake Dutch vaccine certificates in the last week including a few sites claiming they can fake the Dutch QR code that shows you’ve been vaccinated.
