Sterling for me, Walker is good defensively but he still can't cross.
The system seems like it works where even when it's a back 4, Walker is sometimes the 3rd centre back and Shaw a wing back.
Anyway as everyone else said - Sterling was excellent, he just kept going and his running was a danger for the whole 120 mins |  |

Walker and Shaw excellent. Maguire excellent. Rice out of possession, excellent. Kane and Sterling also excellent. Either of those 2 would be a worthy winner of it, but who cares quite frankly. |  |

Stirling. Hands up, I’ve been a critic of his at times in the past, but tonight he was the difference. He ran them ragged from first min to last.
Honourable mentions for Maguire, Kane and another I’ve criticised before, Walker. For Denmark, Schmeichel was immense. Which he was in our goal instead of Pickford who looks dodgy at times. [Post edited 8 Jul 2021 8:08]
