Absolutely. I am sure Liam has a future in the game and hope he is soon given a much better opportunity.

Sounds like he’s losing his rag Paul Cook style. I get the frustration and like the passion, but as we saw with PC, it might not be the best way to go.

They have some talented players in there but it's going to take a while to fashion it into something more consistent
Cashin is surely going to be sold on for good money if they're not promoted in a season or two
They should be doing better than they are but we can say the same for us under Lambert and Cook really
Warne probably is going to need a transfer window to get some extra bodies in there who can get more out of his system? |  |

Listening to the interview with him before our game with them i'd have been livid if I was a Derby fan. Basically said if we lose, we lose, there's always another game etc. Not in the McKenna one game at a time way either. Really came across badly IMO despite the studio praising his attitude. |  |

I think if I was a Derby supporter I’d be asking if the club, it’s problems and it’s expectations were a little too big for Warne. It’s what I felt with Cook after a while.
He just felt a bad fit. For me different managers fit certain clubs, bit like players really. It is a very subjective view without any real evidence. | | | |

I’m sure he’s just doing that to get a reaction from them on the pitch. You look at Derby’s squad and on paper they look very decent, if Warne can get them going and make a couple of shrewd signings in January, I can see them finishing top 6 this season.

This season has to be all about us. Keep our eyes on the road and be humble. Not into digging out other clubs, there are plenty of opposition fans and clubs that we like to get one over, let them make their own mistakes. They don’t need a cocky Ipswich rubbing it in because we’ve had a good start in the third tier, we’ve been there over the last 15 years. | |

Did you think he looked that good?
I thought he looked alright, will probably make a decent championship player but he was very slow on the turn and has no pace, think better players will have too much for him.
