Galaxy S10 help please 14:36 - Feb 12 with 285 views

I downloaded the latest Samsung Android update this morning.

I'm getting a File System Limit message and being told to do a factory reset.
Have backed up to Google Drive and tried to do a Factory Data Reset on the phone, put in my PIN, press Delete All... and nothing happens.

Have been on You Tube and watched a couple of videos which show you how to do a hard reset (by holding combinations of the power, Bixby and vol buttons) but cant get them to work. Cant even get the phone to connect to Wi Fi.

Any ideas..?
