Time to give Jackson, Celina and Chaplin a run… 11:28 - Feb 27 with 722 viewsunstableblue

…. The other top teams in the league are not rotating as we are their front players

These three have the pace and movement and finishing we need

Putting the bash brothers on to be more physical against already very physical league one defenders is not working and Bonne’s confidence is sadly shot

Agree

I've just said on another post that I'd play Chaplin up top...maybe with Jackson and then Celina or Aluko in the 10.

I think we need Chaplin in the box and our strikers are terribly out of sorts, Chaplin can play that role and he's a very good player.

Don't give up unstable, we are actually only 1 point behind where i said we would be.
The trouble is i think it may need 76 rather than 74 points and we can probably only afford to lose one or two games and likely need 7 wins from the last 11 (with a couple of draws)
But carry on playing as we are and find the goal scoring touch we can win 7 more games

It wont be as high as 78, as many are saying.

7 wins + 2 draws from last 11 = 76 points, i think it'll be enough and if not we'd have given it a damn good try.

I don't know what McKenna's thinking was in terms of choosing Bonne, Norwood and Aluko on Saturday, but the overall approach clearly worked - we created enough chances to win three games.

Once Bonne scores one I think he'll be back at it again. And in the meantime he contributes much more to our buildup than JN, who seems to give it away constantly.

Personally I prefer the more mobile three but I'm happy for McKenna to choose the combination that he sees fit for each game.

Agree about Chaplin, he's busy in the box, something will always happen,
