Bloody hell, forgot about him. Time sure flies when you're dropping down the leagues playing sh1te football, don't it.

Tommy Oar should certainly get a mention in this list. That summer business in 2015 really was atrocious, totally failed to build on the previous season despite the number of players brought in. Leon Best another that ought to get a mention on this list.

In the interests of balance on 13:43 - Dec 9 by MattinLondon | Yeah, that Drogba isn’t a good judge of a player. |
Drogba got him qualified for the Ivory Coast, hence Hype's joke. In addition to that, Steve Clarke put in a lot of work to get Frank to West Hma having worked with him at Chelsea. A lot of people thought he was going to have a big future.

Poor thing was so homesick. So obviously moving a few hundred miles away to the Netherlands was the only solution. P.S. Phil, I'm assuming you've still not heard anything from the Club? [Post edited 9 Dec 2020 14:26]

Brendan Rodgers (who would would have worked with him in the youth setup at Chelsea) brought him on loan to Swansea. He had a bit of a stinker, was laughed at a few times and was then shipped back to Chelsea pretty quickly. Didn't look like a footballer compared to the people they had down here at the time.

Devann Yao was also a bit like this as well wasn't he? Now plying his trade in the Berlin-Liga, which sounds like a lot more fun that League One, to be fair.

On that note, I remember seeing Lee Durrant beat a couple of players and hit the outside of the post at home to someone rubbish in the early nineties, and I was convinced we'd got a serious talent on our hands.
