‘Everything is going really well and we as a club are on the up. The fans are positive, the new players are exciting and the management/ownership seem to have a clear plan in place for us to progress and move forward. Sh*t.. what can I moan about now? What’s the motto?’

A works team eh?
Well we can once again be spoken about in the same breath as the likes of PSV (Philips), Atletico Madrid (Spanish Air Force), Leverkusen (Bayer AG), Wolfsburg (VW), etc.
Unfortunately we might also be lumped with Arsenal (Woolwich armaments factory) and West Ham (Thames Ironworks).
yes absolutely you can (it wasn't intended as an insult! I think you should embrace it - it could be massive motivation and become part of the fabric and identity of your club).

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa
Nah, I like it. And we need an ethos as a new club and a new team.
The nod to firefighters is nice but not the point. It hints at the what really sets great teams and players apart: namely how they relish the challenge, don’t shrink from it and aren’t put off by setbacks ...
Pretty much the diametric opposite of our last 3 seasons.

At least that vaguely makes sense.
All 'run towards adversity' makes me think is 'is that an instruction for the rest of the team to make sure that Nsiala isn't left to his own devices too much'?
“represents the funding of this football club, it represents what we’re about and what we’re trying to do, and I’ve explained that to all of the players that have come in”.
Running towards adversity in terms of funding suggests we're hell bent on spending until we go bust.
Not that I care about this sort of thing in the slightest, but it doesn't make sense.
