Never a good idea to (allegedly) drive in high heels 21:38 - Jul 11 with 982 viewsNthsuffolkblue

I find it quite appropriate that the first name of the witness Mr Webb is Nathalie too.

EDIT: Although further reading suggests this is poor journalism and it is Ms Webb after all.

I also wonder whether Jamie Wallis was concerned for their safety from the witnesses or from the police should they attend (or both). It is Welsh police rather than the Met.

That MP isn't having a good time of it lately. Has had major depression issues and took a huge amount of courage to come out (does that phrase apply to trans, I'm not sure?). I think this event might have prompted his need to come out as well - I remember quite a bit of publicity a fair few months ago now.

I'm sure he's delighted to be one of the main talking points so far of the leadership campaign!

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

Thankfully he is not in a party that has strong opinions against his behaviour. feelings etc

I would though, suggest he tries to identify who is issuing this depression, then maybe he can go about his life in whatever manner he feels suits him

One thing I find strange about the Conservative Party is its ability to attract and accept bigots whilst still attracting minorities.

For all its misogynism, racism, homophobia, etc even from the very top, they are the party that has brought us 2 female PMs and have had a number of ethnic minority members of cabinet. This MP is also not the only openly trans or gay member representing them either.

People and politics are frequently baffling.

One of the problems the Conservatives have is that the straight white male they attract is usually related to Tim Nice-but-dim.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

Bigotry, racism, etc., transcends all doesn't it. If you're an a-hole, you're an a-hole irrespective of what race, gender or sexuality you have.

But it does seem counterintuitive on the face of it. I can't understand why people who are refugees themselves or immigrants or offspring of immigrants would choose to pull up the drawbridge after them. And not only that, but to demonise people like themselves and their families. But again, just being utter a-holes probably explains it.

I have read fairly succinct accounts of the court proceedings from MSN and BBC websites but am unable to ascertain who gave him a pearl necklace.

Anybody ?
