This 'not good enough for us but will score goals at the level we are at' just doesn't make sense.
You can either score a lot of goals in league one or you can't. Every team plays the same teams twice. Our goals against Portsmouth don't count any more of less than Barnsley's against Portsmouth.

He has never scored a lot of goals in League One before, so I'm actually pretty confident he won't start doing it now.

Barnsley have got a player who frequently self sabotages, can't manage his own fitness and whose general play leaves a lot to be desired. If they're planning on using him as their main striker this season they'll regret it.
