Because that's not how YouTube operates. They save removals for the "worst of the worst" such as outright terrorist videos, that kind of thing.
Usually with these channels they remove their ad funding (known as demonetizing).
These people aren't KKK style racists though, they aren't going to be calling for genocide. That's not how they operate. The point of these people is to offer just enough legitimacy to start coaxing people into white nationalism.

And that's without getting into the worst of it.
The problem with channels like his and others is what then appears on the "up next" part of YouTube.
Taking a simple example, if you were watching a cross-fit video, the next video up will probably be a cross fit video or another fitness video.
With the alt-right channels, you then start going down some pretty deep rabbit holes. And you only have to watch one before YouTube starts recommending you more and more of the content.

It’s very irresponsible of social media to allow such things. The racism, not the fat person watching crossfit.
I would also say that by our media giving it an airing, even to lambaste it, could put people on to it that would identify with it.

Probably the only viable answer to dealing with this sort of thing is: 1) Education, giving people a well-rounded view of the world (which is not the same as telling them what to think - that's what these people do*) and 2) The media to stop undermining confidence as a means of generating custom. The mantra of "always question authority" has been turned around to digging up every bit of dirt in order to sell papers. They aren't asking important and effective questions about policy, just creating an atmosphere where "all politicians are corrupt" and there is a prevalant atmosphere of resentment against any kind of government. That has created a vacuum of trust into which these peddlers of strange and contrived views have flowed. Aided by lucrative self-promotion platforms like YouTube.
* Having whatched a bit of US TV, including while over there, I was shocked at the browbeating, in-your-face, tell-you-what-to-think style of both Fox and CNN. I guess it's what they're used to, but very different from the BBC/ITV/C4. Doesn't encourage critical thought within the mainstream. Saw something where it notes how footballers arre susceptible to this as they have lots of free time and fall down rabbit holes on YouTube, they are apparently well out of kilter with the rest of the nation on belief in conspiracy theories etc.
