Given they have limitless £££ I’m surprised they didn’t go for a Pochettino level manager.

However, I wish Howe well and in the desperate circumstances they’re in he might be a good choice. I like the way his teams play, but not the gamesmanship.

If he keeps them up this season he'll be a big spender. The pressure will be on him, if he starts poorly I can see the owners panicking and sacking him.
