I went to see Hayseed Dixie (check them out) the other night and their singer, John Wheeler was saying Ed supported them on his way up. The guy now lives in Frankfurt and Ed sold out a show there. Wheeler's daughter asked her dad if he could try and get her a ticket. He emailed Ed and the guy and his daughter ended up with a pair of front row tickets.

Whether you like his music or not it's absolute gold that he is a town fan that is a local lad as it now so involved with the club. The guy is so level headed and down to earth despite his huge fame and we have genuinely lucked out in having such a a fan and ambassador for the club that has such wide reaching fame.
