Obviously didn't feel like it as they pegged us back twice with penalties, but that was an utterly controlled performance wasn't it?
First half we should have been out of sight, and we really do need to start being more clinical when we dominate teams, and even with them trying to spoil it all second half we made all the running and created all the chances. I was surprised by just how little threat they offered if I'm honest.

Agree with everything, although Burns might shade it for me. Was lovely to see him looking like last season's player for the entire game. The goal was the cherry on top, you could see it meant everything to him too.

Terrific result, but why are we so vulnerable during that 5-10 minute period after we’ve scored, over confidence, complacency or lack of concentration? It’s not just today that it has happened, it’s been quite a few times this season. That they had to rely on two [dodgy] penalties to even get close shows how uneven the game was.
The only time they looked much was for a spell in the second half when they started pressing us strongly but even then we regrouped and played through them.
They were no Plymouth that's for sure.
Davis was having a cracking game hence the way the dirty feckers targeted him the way they did. I couldn't understand how the first challenge, when the ball had already been played and their man followed through into Davis's leg, didn't receive more attention from the officials. That could have been worse and was clearly deliberate. |  |

It’s that 2 goal lead isn’t it. Admittedly we had one at Sheff Wed and still only took a point but invariably if we can get beyond a 1 goal lead we’ll go on and win games. Didn’t manage it today, but got the deserved result. Didn’t manage it when we were dominating last week and were made to pay, didn’t manage it vs. Barnsley either and proved costly. Easier said than done but I agree, taking those chances while we’re dominating is crucial. |  |

Agree, he'd be MOTM if it wasn't for the fact that he's at that standard every week now, very solid, always makes the right decisions, the only step he made wrong was the little drag back where he nearly got caught out with in the first half, but he's so good he quickly recovered and went back to his usual of not putting a foot wrong again.. |  | | |

Indeed. And if we hadn't got the winner, Chrisd would've been along to say "Ah, see, I told you we can't beat the top 6 sides!"
But as Joe Joe says, whilst every club can complain about poor decisions, it really has been ridiculous this season... and decisions that have cost us wins and points. Thankfully it didn't this time, but if we hadn't won it shouldn't be the team (again) or McKenna who gets the blame from some. | |
