The defending the indefensible bingo card:
"Bed wetting"
"Give your head a wobble"
"Why do people expect us to win every game?"
"We've no divine right"
"The football is so much better"
"It takes time"
"This club was a shambles"
"You'd have sacked Robson/Burley/Ramsey"
"This is a project"

Any more?

We do have to recognise we are a long way away from where we want to be.

And after a strong squad build, a pre season and 25 games in to the season, that is incredibly worrying.

PC will be walking on thin ice right now you'd imagine.

Agree. We were beaten last night by a team that has been together for five years; whilst we are still growing up. Unlike some of our impatient fan base.

We are not a top six Prem side so fearful of the next finacial loss that we can simply bin a manager and his entire backroom staff.

We have bought some decent players, a few bang average, a few sick notes and we are still trying to fit them into a 4231 style of play.

A new manager or a change of attitude will grind out some results - but i suspect the club have bought into wanting more than a return to the MM style of play. I'm prepared to stick for the ride. It's certainly more fun.

“Impatient fan base”

I think most fans would be fed up after 20 years of crap football

How can Town fans be happy with mid table??! also under Lambert it was unacceptable but with Cook it's acceptable, it's like you cannot criticise Cook

seriously shut up, you are one of the biggest clowns in our support... your whole persona on social media and on here is to be on the wind-up all the time... no idea what you truthfully think about this club

For some of us football is actually quite a big thing and it is disappointing to see this club in the position it is in. no doubt you will be banging on about 100 points 100 goals again for next season....

you grow up

Nothing last night, it was rubbish.

I’d say it’s our first lost this season without a good performance put in, definitely an off night on all accounts.

Unfortunately the modern football fan way is to want a new manager every few months if you don’t win the league in October.

Ok so judgement whenever we are mathematically done for.

We won’t be out of the ‘race’ then by the way.

This league is poor, we will be in ‘the hunt’ all season.

well considering the world is online nowadays it is difficult to think of it all as one big joke... not a strange comment, you have always been on the wind up. it would help if it was to show how funny you are but you've just not quite got it right yet and its more offensive than funny... I am sure you will learn.

hahaha. We're not even in the hunt now....let alone all season.

It's done.

I expect it will be mathematically done by game 38.

"Bed wetting" "grow up".

Use of such phrases says more about the OP than anyone else.
