Ah, but it’s moved on. 5 days ago on social media it was ‘he’s been given permission to speak to Leicester’. Now it’s ‘he has spoken to them’. Obviously you need special insight to move from the first position to the second  .
I’m being harsh. The OP could well have insider knowledge. If someone was in a position to know they’d probably couldn’t do any more than drop unsubstantiated hints anyway otherwise they’d soon find themselves out of any circles of trust. On a hiding to nothing really.

With all due respect, the only proven ITK info this poster seems to have provided is cryptically suggesting we were signing Clarke a few hours before we did, when it was already being speculated all over social media.
If Leicester wanted to speak to McKenna it's because he is their man. They'd have to agree compensation and then we'd give permission.
Kieran isn't ruining everything he's built up here, going off flirting with other clubs as part of a shortlist.

Given that Leicester are in a bit of bother and readjusting to the not certain immediate return to the PL, their next managerial appointment has to be spot on. Would they risk it on a relative rookie in McKenna? I doubt it somehow . |  |
