It feels to me (albeit in league one) we find ourselves with no direction or proper structure in our style of play similar to the end of Jewell as Mick came in.
I feel we need the manager to be a big character similar to that what Mick was.
(A 10 year younger Mick probably be ideal)
We need a boss to galvanise and get the team playing in an us against the world type of fashion.
My question is who is the candidate that has that about them?
Someone who can have an OK squad play above itself like we had then. (Year before and including play off season).
