Good Harness interview; definitely bought to play inside right forward 10:15 - Jul 16 with 895 viewsunstableblue

Interesting he even makes the point he’s only ever fill in for Burns and will play/link ahead of him

Key point about being dynamic and wanting to make things happen

I think he’ll play the role that I thought we might see Jackson or Aluko filling, just behind right of a line striker

Just on another point town fans keep saying Pompey fans are gutted by the move, on Twitter that really is not the case, stating an inconsistent player.

But the common thread from Pompey fans of a player who turns up to 1 in 5 games is not really matched by their managers comments:

“We’re sad to say goodbye to Marcus, who was a key player for us last season — both with his [12] goals and [seven] assists,” Cowley told the Portsmouth News.

“He’s someone who I think has Championship quality, but ultimately it was the right time for him to move on.

“And with only a year left on his contract, it makes good business sense for us and gives us some flexibility in further developing our squad.

Our fans are being dicks on Twitter.

The response from Portsmouth fans has been mixed. More than a few calling him their best player. Quite a few saying they aren't that bothered as well. There's also a good chunk waiting to see what they do with the money before deciding if it's good business or not.

12 goals and 7 assists tells us quite a bit.

Truly impaired.

Yeah definitely sounds like his preferred position is more central which clearly make sense with Burns nailed on, but a good option to have there for when Burns is unavailable or needs a rest.

Pompey fans mine gripe with him seems to be his crossing ability which will obviously be less of an issue playing the 10 role. I think he could be deadly in that position and with Chaplin too, we have some serious threat there.

I am slightly concerned that if we do still end up getting Celina, we'll have no left footed player in our attacking group. Would be nice to have that option if needed.
