If you really want Evans out STOP GOING ! 18:29 - Mar 4 with 3746 viewsstevieg

It’s that simple he won’t stay if we don’t go.

Show me your workings here, friend. How will people not going to games produce someone willing to buy the club from the current owner? For Evans to sell there has to be a buyer, how will us not going lead to a buyer coming in?

Are you capable of understanding simple reality?

Evans is funding a small business, allegedly at a loss. The customers of said business abuse him and tell him to go because they resent him wasting around £6million each year of his own money to fund their hobby. He takes their advice and walks away. He has no liability - walking away would save him £6million this year. His bonus is the training ground which he keeps to recevelop. It no longer belongs to the club.

There are no buyers for a failing thrid division club. It has no value. It loses £6million a year. £1 would buy it.

When he walks, administrators take over. The preferred £1 buyer would be a fan-based consortiium as has happened many times before....luton, portsmouth, cambridge etc.

The trick is whether a small club in a backwater with vile supporters have any committed supporters with nous and business sense to rebuild the club from top to bottom. As a business it is far smaller than that ASDA up by the a14... and running a football club is not much more demanding than a corner shop.

That is the only future for ITFC - and has been since the club commited suicide by gifting itself to offshore asset-strippers

So much edge, so little clue.

I thought my drawing summed things up quite well. Apparently not.

But I've paid for my season ticket already?

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

No, it will just damage the club, make it far harder for Evans to sell which is the only way he can leave.

It is moronic to suggest what you are suggesting.

Ipswich Town is Marcus Evans. Show you have no interest in his project and he will sell. He is an absolute moron. And those of you that defend him are worse. Wake up.

He isn’t a moron - he’s a successful businessman.

Without his money the club would go into administration, unless another buyer can be found who wants to spend £5/6m a year just to make up operating losses let alone making money available for transfers. By damaging the club, you make it harder for him to do the very thing you want. It’s a self defeating approach.

Legally he may own it, but it's still ours.
It was ours before he came and it will be ours after he's gone.
Get YOUR head around that.

That’s just a meaningless sound byte.

Evans takes on all the risk. The fans take on no risk. Are you going to put in say £5,000? Just for player purchases and transfers? No. You snipe from the sidelines.
