Fcks two 1 on 1’s

Nutmegged by a throw in by an ITFC player

Walks off when subbed, and tells Chaplin to fck off when he suggests to runs and hurry’s up

Good night for him all round.

We’ll be good again... one day

I will go with the data on all round game more than the guy that likes to point out that a striker whose not had many recent minutes misses chances.

Do you think he’s played well in the games he’s had then? We’ve seen a lot of impact from players that have been givin minutes this year, I don’t think Freddy has been one of them. It’s not an attack on the bloke who has done very well for us a level down, I just don’t think he’s been great this year in his limited opportunities that I’ve seen.

Getting replaced by a semi fit teenager, might not have gone down well..
He was below par , but in his defence he's going to be rusty given the lack of minutes he's had lately..
I like FL. But he makes it hard for me to defend him sometimes..

Our standards have become so much higher , than they were pre KM. That any misplaced pass, or missed chance, look all the worse.

He was replaced by Jackson. Buabo came on 20 minutes later.

Freddie looked off the pace and perhaps his mind elsewhere...whole team looked far too loose, disconnected, too many passes to opposition, lack of concerted intensity/press.
Perhaps not surprising given how many regulars missing, but Rangers fans must have been surprised how poor we were. Reminded me of the game against Bristol Rovers this season, which was our B team, head in hands time and again as simple passes went astray.
Taylor should have started, Hutchinson could have attacked down outside not cut in so many times, perhaps he thought given our weak forward line he had to try and score himself?
I sat high up in West Stand and thought the SBR were always chanting and supportive despite the poor performance. In the latter stages glad to scrape a draw, luckily playing toothless QPR . Most Championship sides would have come away with 3pts. Really need to strengthen the squad in Jan. Could we get a couple of DUTCH midfielders, a creative playmaker and someone in the 'Morsey mould'to bolster the side!! 1981 BACK TO THE FUTURE...

Freddie had a bad game. He's likely going. But this stuff happens between highly competitive people when things are not going well. He wasn't the only one with poor body language last night. Not excusing it, but also don't think it really matters. They would have shook hands and moved on after, if they even thought about it after the fact at all.

Let's not start looking for reasons to say the sky is falling because we're having our first poor run in basically two years. Freddie has always put a shift in and is very well liked by his teammates. Of course he's frustrated that he's been subbed for the 2nd time in two games (the first when he himself was a sub), and he knows he's played poorly.

There's nothing here. Let's move on.

Jackson replaced him

But that doesn't fit the narrative.

This place is going to be brutal when we inevitably stop winning 2 out of every 3 games.

Ha. That second sentence is so true.

I had a little grumble about individual performances last night, but in the bigger picture everything is absolutely amazing and it still will be even if (when) we lose a few games, but there is definitely a level of entitlement that has creeped into our support. One of the few downsides of our amazing form over the last year.

Absolutely. It's possible to think many didn't play well, but also accept it doesn't mean half the squad isn't fit to wear the shirt.

I think part of the issue (if that's what it is), is that we have players bought for a League one campaign now being asked to be part of a Championship promotion challenge. We're at least a year ahead of where any of us could expect to be, and some of the players are being asked to play at a level that's probably a bit above them.

Yes, we've been very lucky to have been able to count almost entirely on key players being fit so far. This couldn't have come at a better time.

I sit near the away bench. Ladapo did walk off but he was one of three subs so I don't think he saw any need to run off. As far as I could see there was no anger, no chat with Chaplin or anyone. McKenna shook his hand. He's a half decent lower. League striker. Everyone now knows that. But we've moved on with what we expect.

Exactly this. We have had a poor Christmas by our own exacting standards but at the same time we are punching well above our weight. In truth with no depth in the squad and others with parachute payments we will have achieved hugely just to be in the playoffs. If it takes another season and another two or three windows to get in players equipped for the Premiership, so be it.

He was mouthing off or having a heated exchange with someone as he came off. It was clear as day on TV but you couldn’t see who it was with.

I don't like having a pop at our players, but I think it would be best all round for Fred to move in January. Laddy is one of the reasons we are where we are, but not good enough for top 6 side. You go with my very grateful thanks, but while your stock is still pretty high, time for pastures new. Thanks Fred and all the best for the future.

It was a handball by Jackson. Well, most fans think we got away with one. The I Follow pundits also thought it was a stone wall penalty .

*Most QPR fans. Absolutely no way in hell that is a pen. he's been spun from the contact with the ball coming over his shoulder all with his eyes facing the opposite direction to the ball. Did you see the game?

You are to Ladapo what Frimley is to Burns. Desperate for Ladapo to be rubbish..........and he's helping you haha (unlike Burns for Frimley)

They must have been such good chances only 1 made the highlights. Harness had a decent chance in the second half too.

We didn't have a shot from 61 mins until 98th minute........ Ladapo came off at 63rd minute.

All i'm saying is the poor result is not all his fault! We miss chances all the time so its nothing new.

Generally i'm not one for Ladapo bashing and can only go on my experience on here not on socialls but TBF he missed two genuine 1 on 1's. One of which wasn't shown because he turned around and couldn't fashion a shot as he is either too slow or his touch was that bad. He also does not look like scoring or holding up the play effectively at all.

He was making his body bigger with his arm. It’s irrelevant where he was looking. It would have been very frustrating to have been penalised, as it didn’t look deliberate and no advantage was gained. But they’re not allowances in the rules either. A strict interpretation of the laws of the game probably sees that given as a pen. It would all depend on whether the ref thinks the arm position was “unnatural” (it’s a poorly defined rule, but is what it is).

I think my issue is, people maker out like other players don't miss chances. Hirst is guilty of missing some one-on-one, but maybe doesn't seem as crucial because we eventually won (and played well).

Vs Preston Hutchinson missed about 3 open goals (ok not quite but 3 very good chances) and no1 is slagging him off afterwards saying hes cr@p.

The fact we didn't have a shot from 61 min to 98th min shows its not just Ladapo who was poor.

Ladapo (and Jackson) just aren't going to cut it. We can't expect players to come in after months of barely any football and just suddenly be on form and score chances?

Just out of interest, why don't we play a few overage players in the U23s anymore?
