From what PL said last week I didn't get the impression there was a particular target which was being worked on. He was very vague on there being an addition full stop. Whether that's changed in the wake of Norwood's injury we may well find out in the morning. |  | | |

Don’t think Lambert ever outlined a specific area of the pitch he was looking at. Just more gave a generic standard answer ‘if we find the right deal, we’ll look at it’.
RE Maddison: clearly talented, not sure he has the kind of mentality I would personally want at Town, or the attitude Lambert is looking for in his squad, but clearly talented nevertheless, good luck to him. | |

If Charlton can get a tune from him, it would really improve their chances of promotion, they’ve got a very decent starting XI on paper. There's no doubting he's a talented lad for this division, but it depends what head he has on. [Post edited 2 Oct 2020 8:19]
