I know it's not the same as being an actual professional footballer like Edwards, but maybe if you asked the club nicely they'd let you be a mascot? You already have the full kit I imagine. Don't think I ever quite said that although I could also talk about that being a red line for you along with notnpplaying kids, 0 shots on target, 2 defensive midfielders, hoofball. All of which have been broken so many times since without any protest. The point is a team needs to have a system and an identity and then there will be some scrappy games. We have never had that under PRP and that is why we went down and that is why we were found out last season. I will absolutely forgive the poor performances when we are properly performing

Your bottom paragraph is literally what we have this season, it’s way too late and last season was an utter waste he was incredibly lucky to survive (and shouldn’t have done in my view), but we finally do have a system implemented and are finally creating chances whilst looking solid defensively. First half was poor, predictably with the set up, but the 2 best chances fell to Freddie - both were better than anything Accrington created all game who just relied on long range shots, only one of which troubled Holy. Whilst we created 4 or 5 really good chances, and were fluent in the second half

Yes, because I wasn’t the one saying it was build on sand when we had the great run last year despite no discernible shape, system, patterns of play or style - across hundreds of posts and podcast hours last year. The evidence is everywhere if you want to take your head out of your backside. But I can see that, for the time being at least and hopefully longer term, things have changed - that it’s taken too long to get here is incredibly frustrating - but we are here now and PL is doing all the things now that I’ve criticised him for not doing in the past and barely put a foot wrong for what I’d have done with regards to team selection or style.

Our current team is virtually forced. His only real decision is to leave our Woolfenden and I still think that is wrong and will cost us. Even with the players available they are still being set up wrong, ax Gwion on the right and Judge in the middle shows I would be interested to know when you started questioning last season. Were we unbeaten still? Was it during the big slump? Do you honestly believe out team thisbl year is by design? Do you also believe a combo of sears, judge and Edwards off Hawkins offers enough to break down the better teams? We still have some of the ideas of last season with today players over dynamic players. I'm sure you will agree when we start losing. At least you weren't abusive for a change and I appreciate that, thank you

The team is hardly forced, there are changes in a number of positions he could make - plus could quite easily go away from the 433. One of the foots wrong I think was the first half configuration of the front 3, but he got it right after half time and we got the win - we don't know how the game would've played out the other way so can only judge on getting it right overall for the game I was questioning throughout the good run re the sustainability of it, we got a fair bit of criticism on the pod for being negative after games like the SHrewsbury home game when we won 3-0 but were very far from convincing. The set up is clearly by design, it's what he has played at previous clubs, and what he did when he first came here - it's his preferred way of playing and he needs to stand by the courage of convictions

Right back - only Chambers, he didn't choose to play him at rb ever. Player of the season so far Centre backs - only fit solution when started playing them. Hasnt changed them due to no defeats. Will drop Wilson when we lose Left back - ward was the only real option but now he is out kenlock is the only replacement Cdm skuse not fit so only dozzell Centre mid huws wasn't ready and Downes had a paddy so he went with Nolan and Bishop. Huws came in because Nolan wasn't fit Wide players probably where the decision comes in and that seems to be the disputed area in getting the best mix. He is very tied to sears, judge and Edwards despite lankester being back (and better than them) and dobra staying Forward was only drinan but then he got injured so was unfit Norwood but he got injured so Hawkins came in by default. Jackson close to returning but then out again I am sure you will argue all of the above though just because

There is no way Skuse would have been first choice midfielder over Dozzell this season, his legs are gone
