Good for you man, keep it up. You;ve timed it well, I highly recommend replacing any urges you might have with Cadbury mini eggs.

Same with hand washing! I'm sure the outcome of this entire thing will be a complete eradication of immune systems. Have we all been living like Mr Burns up until now? A perfectly apportioned level of germs?!

My old man went cold turkey, but he did see a hynotherapist. He's very cynical of that type of things, but swears it worked.

Do smokers really believe that ciggies don't smell? It might explain the blasé attitude that some smokers have regarding their addiction. If there any other smokers out there who don't think their cigarettes smell, they do, they fvcking stink.

Shamefully I have to say I used to think people were being difficult when they complained of being able to smell smoke, especially on clothes etc. I stopped for a while and went to some night club and when I got home my clothes and hair reeked of it. I had to stick everything into a bucket of water before I could sleep - it was horrible and stank the room out. I've not smoked for several years now and fully understand the complaints in hindsight.
