Cook has just played out his Plan A which every club in the league know how he is going to play. Throw in Reid, Jeffers and Robert’s plus an enormous back room staff……playing one up front, defend with all 11 players back from every free kick and corner, manage one shot on target with allegedly the best squad in the Division. We the fans who have supported the club through 17 years of hell, deserve a dame sight more from the manager and players.
Yes we did beat bottom of the table Doncaster, Portsmouth and Wycombe away, but where do we sit in the table and our home performances are shocking. What the hell are the extra fans coming to watch the Sunderland home game going to think and will they return if the team puts in another performance like last night. |  |
