It was an ultra-inflammatory accusation to make, and he shouldn't have done so without being "rock" solid on his sources.

I mean it is a ridiculous notion from a security point of view. Not that he wouldn't be up for grandstanding, but if his motorcade Zoomed into Northern Gaza Strip, every rocket Hamas owns would be raining down on the site within minutes.

But, for the record, I am 100% opposed to Netanyahu's war crimes in the Gaza Strip (including attacks on a church which was sheltering members of the Gaza Christian community, not renowned Hamas supporters) the odious IDF 10 for 1 approach with regard to civilian deaths, and the opportunistic attacks on West Bank communities by Israeli "settlers" (weird how they are never called paramilitaries, or terrorists, when they are deliberately forcing out ancient settled communities by use of brutality against civilians to instill terror in the West Bank Palestinian population).

But whether it's ridiculous or not, you can also see that this was the information as presented via Twitter. And the real location on the edge of Gaza is of course fully within rocket range.
