The thing is all this could get out of control very quickly imo, there's always been verbal abuse from the touchline at all levels, if you're going to allow one random abusive idiot to effectively end a game then the game has huge problems..

I'm going to be honest, this used to be dealt with after the game, I've witnessed it a few times at youth level..
