That’s a point, I got the Czechs but forgot yesterday. Even more enjoyable seeing them beat Scotland then.

Could possibly have been upset but their fitness told at the end. Always hard work when you are stopping more talented opposition.

There is no pandemic in Hungary. Orban has spoken.

They were the better side but not 3-0 better, even allowing for Ronaldo missing an absolute sitter in the first half too. Hungary ‘goal’ was clearly offside but a slightly better run and that might have finished 1-0 Hungary.

It was the fitness that made it 3-0. Once they had scored, Hungary crumbled. Over the course of 90 minutes I am sure you are right. However, as you say, had the header from their corner not been saved, or the run been timed better (or a Portuguese defender been asleep like a Hungarian one was for Ronaldo's goal), Hungary could have got their noses in front. They didn't because Portugal were better at those basics and fitter. Had Hungary managed to, though, it would have boosted them to stand a much better chance of hanging on to that lead I am sure.
