Don't think I've ever been so angry at two oppo players before lol.
Keeper was quite justified considering he had fat bstard sung at him all second half, and clearly wanted a windup anyway judging by his timewasting, weird from Mawson tho who I thought was pretty good. | | | |

Played there before on his way up but he’s had a load of injuries recently. From what I hear he didn’t have much interest in him all summer and someone from Wycombe asked how he was and if he fancied coming to train with them.
He would be a good pick up for us but has to be managed carefully. |  | | |

On a general level, this type of behaviour seems a logical extension given the way supporter behaviour towards players has plumbed awful depths over the last year.
On a specific level, there seems to be a desire for other teams to try and take us down a peg or two given how we're resourced and the big club mentality we have in this league given our stadium, followings etc. Ainsworth's comments appear to suggest that Wycombe felt we were invading their territory yesterday both on the terraces and behind the scenes, which seems to have stoked up resentment/motivation. I wonder if Sheffield Wednesday encounter the same thing? |  | | |
