eh ! She was not a councilor. She tipped up at the meeting and decided to chair the meeting When elected councillors protested that she has no authority to act as chair, never mind what she did, they were then moved out of the meeting. She was nor appointed, or co opted by the council after a vote. What part of that seems to have been missed by you ? Imagine someone doing that at a local, district or county council meeting I accept the daft old bat probably had no idea, but that folk around the country thought it was OK to usurp the lawful democratic process is very concerning.
