That and Goldeneye were all you needed with an N64.

I dread to think how much of my second and third years of uni were spent playing it with my housemates.

Both were indeed great, great games.

Recently purchased an n64 with quite a few games, still fun!!

Going to throw the 3 thq wrestling games, and snowboard kids into the mix. Superb

Nintendo still do quite regularly.

In regards to simply picking up a controller & having an immediate immersive gameplay experience, there's nobody better at doing that than Nintendo.

I remember playing the Wii for the first time. Mario Kart was such a joy. I ended up completing the damn thing in a week. Like crack.

The Kingston Arms in Cambridge have the Super Nintendo version hooked up. Absolutely derailed a day session a few weeks ago.

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch and they definitely do still make games like that. The latest Mariokart and Zelda are still a joy!
