What about the best ITFC dribblers?
No discussion about the best: Franz Thijssen.
What other good Close-control dribblers have we had?
Another Dutchman and a former fireman come to mind.

Darren Currie, considering how slow he was, was very difficult to dispossess.

I've never seen someone in a blue shirt as comfortable going both ways as KVY is on the ball - so comfortable on both feet and every touch of his dribble can go either way, it's quite something.

Ah, that was the other Dutchman I had in mind, especially in the Demolition Derby.

Clive Woods was as good.
In very tight areas he was better,
Franz better in the more central flowing type dribble

Charlie Woods was the first proper Town dribbler I remember

Interesting. I wouldn't have thought of Jason or Arnaldus Hyacinthus as great dribblers; many other attributes, but not this one.

Yes, Charlie Woods was good with the ball at his feet as was Rocky Stephenson of the Championship winning team.

Yeah, like people who copy and paste unsubstantiated nonsense about Brexit without checking its veracity.

Now, what kind of dribbly melt would do that?

Magic. His dribble against Bolton in the play-off semi was a piece of art.

Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me. Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing. Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial. Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid. Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.
