I’m in my second season,

Got Town promoted in year 1 with current squad half way through season 2 we are 18th championship. Board are beginning to be unhappy

Just been offered Leicester job, they are 13th in Prem and offering big transfer budget

Do I stay with Town or take the prem job?

I very rarely leave a team unless I get sacked - try to take them to the highest I can and see it as a project/challenge.

Though every now and then I'll start with a non league team and do a 'career' game and see how quickly I can get to the prem by moving jobs.
