You know what, Morsy, we’re closer to the non-leagues than they are so grow up, shut up and earn your wage.

He'll have fun against Fleet, Rotherham and Morcham then. Full of big, lumpy fellas.

Its a very disappointing thing for your biggest signing, managers favourite and captain to say especially after just two games!

Basically it looking like Cook's Mr dependable is a flat track bully and has an issue with fighting against teams that may not want to play tippy tappy football.

Welcome to League one Samy, it's not going to get any easier.

He was also fortunate not to be sent off for a really late tackle after the final whistle. If his Middlesbrough red card was harsh that balanced it out a bit.

Said something about one of their players kicking the ball right out of the ground and he had never seen anything like it.

To me it sounds rather like he has never played at such a low level - such small grounds. He needs to get used to it quickly!

He played quite a bit in league 2 for Port Vale. Not many grounds are quite as open as Stanley's, but in 2010-11 when he played 16 games the league did include Stevenage, Barnet, Aldershot (I'd totally forgotten they returned to the league for a while), Macclesfield, Morecambe, - as well as Accrington themselves.
