Travel requirements for Italy include having a LFT, taken within 24 hours before entry.

Does anyone know if a NHS test is sufficient or will I need to buy one? I can't find anywhere where it confirms what is required. Thanks in advance.

It's either a PCR 48 hours in advance or an anti-gen test (LFT) 24 hours before.

I don't think you can use NHS tests for travel. You have to buy one.

Didn't think I'd be able to use a NHS test. I was asking more out of hope than anything else. Thanks.
